Don Nordin


Don Nordin has more than 38 years of experience as a lead pastor. He is married to Susan Ashcraft Nordin and together they have two grown children and five grandchildren. Don and Susan pastor CT Church in Houston, a multi-cultural and multi-generational congregation, which has grown to encompass four campuses under their leadership. Pastor Nordin also holds a bachelor of ministry degree. His apostolic anointing and pastor’s heart motivate his visionary leadership.

Pastor Nordin’s denominational peers have elected him to a host of leadership roles during the course of his pastoral ministry. These include various executive level positions and committee chairmanships. Pastor Nordin is an entrepreneurial leader. Donors have committed tens of millions of dollars to kingdom projects under his care.

Pastor Nordin’s two books, Working at God’s Altar and The Audacity of Prayer,” have inspired thousands. He is the founder and president of Global Ministries Network ( which credentials ministers and oversees the work of member churches.

Pastor Nordin travels extensively conducting revivals, altar worker training seminars, board and staff training, teaches on effective church structures and much more!

Each year Don and Susan host Empowerment Conference at CT Church. Empowerment Conference is a top-tier preaching and resourcing event. It draws hundreds of ministers from all over the world.  Empowerment Conference features some of the premier speakers in today’s Pentecostal circles.

Susan Nordin


Susan Nordin serves as the associate pastor of CT Church in Houston alongside her husband.

Susan is active and aggressive in training men and women to proclaim the gospel in cities around the world via her work as the campus director for the Houston School of Urban Missions Leadership College (SUM). SUM Houston is a cohort of the Oakland, California based School of Urban Missions and as such is a fully accredited Bible college.

Her ministry is also helping to change the lives of homeless school children and impoverished families through her work with the Project Houston Community Development Corporation. Project Houston conducts weekly food fairs, back-to-school health fairs, Live Well life coaching and sponsors homeless students through the McKinney-Vento program within the Houston and Pasadena school districts. 

She is much sought after for her preaching and teaching and has blessed thousands through her ministry in churches and at conferences and retreats. She is the author of “One Determined Mom,” a devotional for mothers.

Susan holds a bachelor of ministry degree and draws inspiration, wisdom and compassion from her nearly 38 years of ministry experience.

Susan loves personal time with Scripture and her five grandbabies, reading, decorating and shopping.
